Dr. Gebrael is a specialist in periodontics. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Dentistry in 1998. Upon graduation, he completed a general practice residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in New York. He then completed his post-doctoral studies at Nova Southeastern University in Florida, and received his specialty diploma in Periodontics in 2002. Dr. Gebrael is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in Periodontics. He is a member of the Ontario Society of Periodontists, the American Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration, and the Ontario Dental association.
Dr. Gebrael’s area of expertise includes regenerative periodontal surgery to restore gum health, cosmetic gum surgery for smile enhancement, as well as dental implant treatment to replace missing teeth. He enjoys collaborating with other dentists in creating treatment plans that achieve the desired periodontal and restorative outcome.
Dr. Gebrael is especially enthusiastic about his launch this year of “Dental Implant Science Digest”, an innovative interactive publication that will keep Hamilton dentists informed of the latest research findings in periodontology and implantology and their clinical application.
